Radio Manav Rachna 107.8 FM having signature line “Feel good Feel live” is a 24×7 Community Radio Station established by M.R Education Trust .“By the community, of the community, for the community” RMR 107.8 FM is dedicated to the community service through its content rich programs. It majorly covers the area of Faridabad, Ballabgarh and nearby areas. The Radio Station is located in the lovely sprawling campus of Manav Rachna Eductaional Institutions, which is the premier Educational Institution of Faridabad. Being the first and only Community Radio Station of Faridabad , RMR 107.8 FM is continuously dedicated to service of humanity and has  also been their voice for more than 14 years. The programming of the radio station is sensitive to the needs and problems of the people of the community with thoughtful, insightful awareness and engagement with them.

Being the only Radio Station based in Faridabad engaging with community on daily basis is imperative while creating an emotional and imaginative bond with listeners and making a prominent place in their hearts  through content rich programs, awareness, music & entertainment . Living up to its tag line “Feel Good Feel Live” RMR believes in bringing a positive change into the lives of people. Social benefit programs and projects are also taken up to spread awareness, highlighting of issues into the notice of the authority, or by addressing the community at large.

Radio Manav Rachna strikes a unique chord with one and all. With youth addressing and understanding their aspirations, dilemmas, challenges, young boys, girls, students are often part of the bustling radio station to participate in various programs relevant to their interest and needs. For Elderly Health awareness is one of the prime focus for which Doctors and various experts from Hospitals, Health centres address the queries of the listeners time and again. A lot of emphasis is laid on social issues like Sanitation, Mental Health, Yoga, Women Empowerment, De-addiction, Anti-smoking, Domestic violence, Water conservation, Blood donation and these concerns are generally the fabric of the daily programs. Besides this many spiritually awakened community members also discuss elements of divine awareness and better life with the listeners.

Rural community awareness is also close to RMR 107.8 FM’s heart and has specially dedicated programming for rural community. Be it Literacy, Agricultural Information, Sanitization, Farming, Health Awareness, Technology, Government Rural policies and schemes etc. all have been fabricated in special programs for rural community.

Radio Manav Rachna 107.8 FM  is recognized as the Lead Community Radio Station by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India, up to February, 2025.
